• Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Dosage: 1–2 capsules daily after meals.
• Daily dose (1–2 capsules) contains: hawthorn berry extract 63–126 mg, motherwort herb extract 40–80 mg, valerian root extract 20–40 mg, peony extract 10–20 mg, magnesium citrate 357–714 mg, of which magnesium 39–78 mg, NRV* 10.4%–20.8%.

*NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.

• Ingredients: magnesium citrate, hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata) berry extract, motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) herb extract, valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, peony (Paeonia lactiflora) extract, calcium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (stabiliser), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (thickener), water, zinc oxide, carrageenan (gelling agent).
• Warnings: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 14 years. Consult a doctor during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important.
