Paira Vit D3 spray 4000 IU 20 ml (Vitamin D3 spray, 200 doses) is a vitamin D3 food supplement for adults and adolescents from the age of 11: one spray a day contains 4000 IU.

How to use
For adults and adolescents from the age of 11: 1 spray (0.1 ml) into the mouth once a day.
Ingredients
A daily dose of 1 spray (0.1 ml) contains:
- Vitamin D3 – 100 µg (4000 IU), 2000% NRV*
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.
Ingredients: MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) based on coconut oil, cholecalciferol, pineapple flavouring.
