Parene. Antistress Magnesium+B complex+L-tryptophan+Vitamin C N20 is a grapefruit- and lemon-flavoured food supplement with sweeteners: 20 effervescent tablets with magnesium, L-tryptophan and vitamins B1, B3, B6, B9, B12 and C, to support the nervous system during a period of tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance.
- L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid.
- Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
- Folates (including folic acid) and niacin help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folates (including folic acid) contribute to normal amino acid synthesis.
- Niacin contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function.
- Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
How to use
For adults and children from the age of 12, 1 tablet per day. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in 200 ml of water.

- Vitamin B1 – 5 mg, 455% NRV*
- Niacin (B3) – 16 mg NE, 100% NRV*
- Vitamin C – 250 mg, 313% NRV*
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.
Ingredients: acidity regulator citric acid, sweetener sorbitol, acidity regulator sodium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, L-tryptophan, grapefruit flavouring, lemon flavouring, anti-caking agent polyethylene glycol, nicotinamide, colour riboflavin, sweetener sucralose, thiamine mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin, sweetener neohesperidine DC, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.
