Parene. Nervo Stress Formula tablets N30 is a food supplement (30 tablets) for supporting the nervous system and sleep; its composition combines B-group vitamins, magnesium, amino acids, plant extracts and melatonin. The plant extracts and vitamins in the composition have a beneficial effect on sleep, on mental health, on the heart and circulation and on the nervous system. For an optimal effect, a 3-month course is recommended.

When the nervous system is under increased load, the nerve cells need larger amounts of B-group vitamins.

• Vitamins B1, B3 and B6 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
• Vitamins B2, B3 and B6 and folic acid help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Valerian supports the function of the nervous system.
• Hops promotes falling asleep and mental health.
• Lemon balm has a beneficial effect on mental health and promotes healthy sleep.
• St John’s wort has a positive effect on mood.
• Hawthorn has a calming effect and supports the work of the heart and circulation.
• Melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed).

How to use

Adults: 1–2 tablets per day, swallowed whole with a meal.
