Parene. SLEEP FORMULA 4in1 tablets N60 is a food supplement that combines four active ingredients in one tablet – melatonin, dry valerian root extract, magnesium and vitamin B6 – and is intended to promote falling asleep and to be used as a calming product.
Dry valerian root extract contributes to relaxation, falling asleep and good sleep. It supports mental well-being in cases of tension and stress. It helps to calm down in cases of irritability. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How to use
To promote falling asleep, take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime with a small amount of liquid. As a calming product, 1 tablet a day.
Ingredients
A daily dose (one tablet) contains:
- Melatonin – 1.9 mg
- Dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root – 200 mg
- Magnesium (magnesium oxide) – 150 mg, 40% NRV*
- Vitamin B6 – 5 mg, 357% NRV*
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.
Storage
In a dry place, protected from light, at a temperature not above +25 °C.
