ABCvit Vitamin D3 4000 IU (100 mcg) capsules N60 is a food supplement whose single oil capsule contains 100 µg (4000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Cholecalciferol:

How to use
Adults: take 1 capsule a day.
