Glycine forte 300 mg tablets N40 is a food supplement with sweetener for supporting the nervous system; the pack contains 40 sublingual tablets. The amino acid glycine together with B group vitamins is suitable for intensive periods of work or study that demand mental effort.
One tablet contains 300 mg of L-glycine and the vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B12.

- Vitamins B3, B6, B12 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
How to use
For children from the age of 10, 1 tablet a day, for adults 2 tablets a day under the tongue until the tablet has fully dissolved.
Ingredients
L-glycine, sweetener sorbitol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, nicotinic acid, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids, thiamine hydrochloride, lemon flavouring, cyanocobalamin.

- L-glycine – 300 mg / 600 mg
- Vitamin B1 – 1.5 mg (136% NRV*) / 3 mg (272% NRV*)
- Vitamin B3 (PP) – 3 mg NE (19% NRV*) / 6 mg NE (38% NRV*)
- Vitamin B6 – 5 mg (357% NRV*) / 10 mg (714% NRV*)
- Vitamin B12 – 3 µg (120% NRV*) / 6 µg (240% NRV*)
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the amount recommended for daily consumption. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients.
