Paira Mumio (shilajit) 200 mg tablets N30 is a food supplement containing mumijo, or mountain balm, from the mountain ranges of Central Asia. Mumijo is rich in minerals, trace elements and organic substances.
Mumijo (shilajit) helps to support the metabolism of fats and sugars. It helps to support the health of the urinary tract and the prostate, sexual function in men and women, and mental and cognitive function.
How to use
For adults, 1 tablet 2–3 times a day; dissolve the tablet in water, milk or juice before taking.
Ingredients
A daily dose of 2–3 tablets contains 400–600 mg of purified mumijo.
