How to use
For adults, 30 drops 3–4 times a day, dissolved in half a glass of water. The minimum daily dose of 90 drops corresponds to 510 mg of valerian roots. The maximum daily dose of 120 drops corresponds to 680 mg of valerian roots.

Ingredients: tincture (1:5) of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) roots. Extraction solvent: ethanol. Ethanol content by volume: at least 65% vol.
