Parene. SLEEP FORMULA 4in1 tablets N30 is a food supplement with 4 effective active substances in one tablet: 1.9 mg of melatonin, valerian root extract, magnesium and vitamin B6. Just 1 tablet before sleep.
- Valerian root extract helps you to relax and fall asleep, and supports good sleep. It supports mental well-being in times of tension and stress. It helps you calm down when you feel irritable.
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. They contribute to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
- Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
- Melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before bedtime).
How to use
To promote falling asleep, take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime with a small amount of liquid. As a calming aid, 1 tablet a day.
Ingredients
The daily dose (one tablet) contains:
- Melatonin – 1.9 mg
- Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root dry extract – 200 mg
- Magnesium (magnesium oxide) – 200 mg, 53% NRV*
- Vitamin B6 – 5 mg, 357% NRV*
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.
Ingredients: magnesium oxide, thickener microcrystalline cellulose, valerian root dry extract 4:1, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, tablet coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc), stabiliser povidone K30, thickener hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pyridoxine hydrochloride, melatonin.
