Paira Valerian extract tablets 20 mg N50 is a food supplement with sugar that contains dry extract of valerian root 1:10 (extraction solvent: water). The pack contains 50 tablets.
Valerian has traditionally been used to support relaxation and to support mental wellbeing during periods of tension and stress. It has traditionally been used to help with falling asleep and with good sleep.
How to use
For adults and children from the age of 12, 1–2 tablets 3 times a day.
Ingredients
The daily dose of 3–6 tablets contains 60–120 mg of valerian extract.
Ingredients: thickener magnesium carbonate, sugar, dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root, lactose, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, water, anti-caking agent talc, starch, stabiliser calcium salts of fatty acids, gelatine, safflower concentrate, sunflower oil, glazing agent beeswax.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the food supplement. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
