On the Go Magnesium+B6 and C vitamins 42 chewable tablets (pineapple flavour) is a pineapple-flavoured food supplement with sweeteners, in chewable tablet form, containing magnesium and vitamins B6 and C.
Magnesium, together with vitamins B6 and C, contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.
How to use
For adults, a maximum of 7 tablets a day; for children from six years of age, a maximum of 2 tablets a day.
Ingredients
Sweetener sorbitol, magnesium oxide, acidity regulator citric acid, L-ascorbic acid, pineapple flavouring, sweetener aspartame, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Content per 2 tablets and per 7 tablets:
- Magnesium – 112.6 mg (30% NRV*) / 394.1 mg (105% NRV*)
- Vitamin C – 40 mg (50% NRV*) / 140 mg (175% NRV*)
- Vitamin B6 – 0.7 mg (50% NRV*) / 2.45 mg (175% NRV*)
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.
Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. The product contains a source of phenylalanine. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
