Paira Lecithin 1200 Forte caps N40 is a food supplement containing soy lecithin and vitamin E. Soy lecithin is a source of linoleic acid and has traditionally been valued in connection with concentration, memory and the nervous system.
How to use
Recommended daily intake: adults 1–2 capsules a day, swallowed whole during a meal with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Ingredients
Ingredients: soy lecithin, gelatine, humectant glycerol, water, vitamin E (D-α-tocopheryl acetate).
Content per daily dose, 1 capsule / 2 capsules:
- Soy lecithin – 1200 mg / 2400 mg
- Vitamin E (D-α-tocopheryl acetate) – 6.0 mg (50% NRV*) / 12.0 mg (100% NRV*)
* NRV – percentage of the nutrient reference value for adults.
